Terms & Conditions:

Backorders:

We will ship out orders that are expected to be in within 14 days, billing you at the time of order. For backorders that are expected to take longer, we will notify you to give you the option of canceling the order and reordering at a later time, or continuing to wait for the product to come in. Items on backorder will not have any additional shipping charges.

30-day Return Policy:

Please send email to orders@michellecosmetics.com (or call 760-603-3243 x1) to receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" within 30 days from your invoice date. Please allow 14 days from the day you return your merchandise for your refund to be issued.

Damaged Shipments:

If products are damaged in shipment, please keep the shipping carton and notify us immediately by emailing us at orders@michellecosmetics.com or calling us at 760-603-3243 x1.

Returned Checks:

There is a $25 fee for any returned check. If more than two checks are returned within a 12 month period, orders will be accepted via credit card only.
